Ingredients:

1 cup ice

4 oz Starbucks Espresso Roast

3/4 cup whole milk (many types of milk will do)

sweetener of choice (simple syrup, e.g., classic vanilla syrup) as per required

Procedure:

Step 1: add espresso and ice 

Step 2: Pour milk and sweetener into another jar until it is filled 3/4. A Mason Jar is best. 

Step 3: Seal jar. Shake it.

Step 4: pour the contents of the Mason Jar into the glass, and voila!

Vanilla Latte

Ingredients:

1 shot of espresso (Starbucks Single-Origin Colombia by Nespresso) 

3/4 cup steamed milk 

Vanilla syrup/sugar-free vanilla syrup to taste (number of pumps of vanilla syrup as needed)

Procedure:

Step 1: Add a little bit of vanilla syrup to the mug (as much as needed)

Step 2: Put espresso to mug 

Step 3: Warm the milk and use a frother to make froth

Step 4: Mix the milk into the concoction and enjoy!

Tip – To make a skinny vanilla latte, use skim milk/fat-free milk instead of whole milk. 

Iced Vanilla Latte

Iced vanilla Latte
Ingredients:

2 shots espresso

¼ cup vanilla syrup

⅔ cup 2% milk

1 cup ice

Procedure:

Step 1: Put espresso into a glass

Step 2: Add vanilla syrup and milk to the glass 

Step 3: Add ice

Pistachio Latte

Syrup:

½ cup water

½ cup white sugar

⅓ cup pistachios shelled and chopped

Latte:

2 shots espresso 

8 ounces milk (skim or full-fat milk)

½ tablespoon butter

½ tablespoon brown sugar

How To Make The Syrup:

Step 1: Put water, sugar, and pistachio in a saucepan and boil until the texture is thick and the sugar has dissolved. (make sure to keep stirring periodically)

Step 2: keep aside. let it cool

Step 3: Pour the syrup through a strainer to make sure there are no pieces of pistachio in it when it has cooled down.

Step 4: refrigerate the syrup 

Now, to the latte!

Step 1: Heat butter and stir until the color looks light to medium brown. Make sure the heat on the saucepan is medium. 

Step 2: Once brown, stir the melted butter in the brown sugar

Step 3: Steam the milk and pour it into a mug

Step 4: add the brown sugar syrup, espresso, and pistachio syrup. (extra syrup can be added)

Iced Pistachio Latte

Ingredients:

Syrup:

½ cup water

½ cup white sugar

⅓ cup pistachios shelled and chopped

1/2 cup of milk (full fat or skim milk/cream can be used)

1 glass of ice

1 cup pure honey

1 cup water

2 cinnamon sticks

How To Make:
Syrup:

Step 1: Put water, honey, and cinnamon into a saucepan. Once it starts to boil, let it simmer for 5 minutes

Step 2: When thick in consistency, leave it out to cool down

Step 3: pass the syrup through a strainer

Step 4: refrigerate

Step 1: Add honey syrup to a mug

Step 2: Add warm milk to the mug

Step 3: froth some milk for the topping or add some whipped cream; it is entirely up to you!

Iced Honey Oatmilk Latte

Ingredients:

¼ cup honey syrup

2 shots Starbucks Blonde Espresso

¾ cup oat milk (Oatly oat milk)

1 cup ice

¼ teaspoon turbinado sugar for garnish

Procedure:

Step 1: Add syrup and blonde espresso in a cup

Step 2: Add oat milk and ice and stir.

Step 3: use the sugar for the topping.

Cinnamon Dolce Latte

1 shot of espresso

1/2 cup milk (almond milk is good too)

1/4 tsp ground cinnamon

1/2 brown sugar

1/2 tsp vanilla extract

ground nutmeg and ground cinnamon (for topping)

Procedure:

Step 1: Add milk, cinnamon, brown sugar, vanilla, and nutmeg into a jar and mix thoroughly.

Step 2: Place the jar in a microwave and set the timer to 1 minute 30 seconds.

Stir the concoction when the time is complete and put it in the microwave for another 30 seconds.

Step 3: Slowly pour the mixture into the coffee. Make sure you stir the coffee while pouring it in.

Ingredients:

1 cup Water

1 cup Brown Sugar

1 tsp Cinnamon

2 shots of espresso

6 oz Milk

Ice

Step 1: Brew 8 oz of Starbucks Dark Verona Roast K-Cup

Step 2: add 1-2 oz of caramel syrup and 1 tbsp of whipped cream

Step 3: top with more whipped cream and sugar

Eggnog Latte (Seasonal Latte)

2 shots of espresso

1/4 cup skim milk 

1/2 cup eggnog

1 tsp vanilla extract

1/2 tbsp sugar (brown)

1/8 tsp cinnamon powder 

nutmeg (to taste)

How To Make:

Step 1: Put espresso into a mug

Step 2: Add milk, vanilla, eggnog, brown sugar, and nutmeg into a mug mix thoroughly. 

Step 3: place the mug in a microwave and set the timer to 1 minute and 30 seconds. Once the time is done, stir and then place it back for another 30 seconds.

Step 4: gently pour the warm mixture into the coffee

Ingredients:

2 shots espresso

½ – ⅔ cup eggnog

Ice
